Stuck at
“now what?”
Let's find
what's next.
- Your 20s and 30s are for living, right?
- So why does it feel like you're just getting through the week?
- If nothing was holding you back, would you do it?
What if I told you it's possible? Let's find the steps to get there.
Start your journey‘One day’ I’ll travel. ‘One day’ I’ll start the business. ‘One day’ I’ll feel ready.
Sound familiar? You're not alone.
And you don't have to keep waiting.
My philosophy
So many of us work our whole lives to enjoy what we've worked for, and by the time we get there, we can't. Or we never do. I'd love to see a generation reach the end of their lives glad of the life they lived: full of challenges, memories, and actually living, not just surviving.
About KirstyWhere it started
“I have this degree… now what?”
I did what I was supposed to: finish school, go to university, get the degree. Then I graduated, and hit my own “now what?”.

Meet your coach
Hi, I'm Kirsty.
By the time I was 25, I'd:
- travelled to 35 countries on five continents
- worked overseas, gone on mission trips and volunteered at orphanages
- got a dog at university (the best decision I made, despite everyone telling me not to)
- started a business
- married my husband
- reached my first goal of financial freedom
It wasn't luck, and it wasn't handed to me on a silver spoon.
I wasn't always happy with the life I was living. I lost my dad at 18, just before university, and walking through that grief taught me how uncertain life can be. I still followed the path that was expected of me: I studied Psychology and Anthropology because they fascinated me, knowing I probably wouldn't use them as a career. Then I graduated, and hit that “now what?”.
There were seasons when I wondered what I was doing, when life challenged me, and when I doubted I could do any of it. I just tried not to let those things stop me. The travel and work abroad I'd fitted around my studies had shown me that another way of living was possible, so I started making decisions, one at a time, and building the steps towards the life I wanted. Slowly, I started to see it.
People often say to me, “I don't know how you travel so much and still make an income.” The honest answer is: one decision at a time. Creating the life you want is about choices, and each choice is a simple step. My faith has been the driver of mine.
That's why I coach. I'm not further ahead than you; I'm on the same road, and I've just taken some of the steps already. What I have isn't out of reach, and you can have it too. I'm completing my coach training with the Institute for Coaching Excellence, and I'm building Now What Coaching so that more people get to the end of their lives glad of the life they lived, not wishing for the one they let go.
So, what would you want your list to say?

Sound familiar?
Your “now what?” might sound like…

- nowI want to start my own thing.whatWhere would I even begin?
- nowI'm saving for ‘one day’.whatHow do I live now without costing my future?

Coaching and achieving your goals are rooted in the same things. Grounded in curiosity, guided by questions, and built for real change.
Sometimes the hardest part isn't knowing that you want something different — it's figuring out what “different” actually looks like. Coaching creates space to pause, reflect, notice patterns and see new possibilities, helping you move from awareness to insight to action. Learn more about how it works and what to expect from the process.

Stop saving your life for later. Later has a way of becoming too late.

Your questions.
Answered.
Not sure what to expect? These answers might help you feel more confident as you begin.
Didn't find your answer? Ask me directly — I'll respond with care and clarity.
Send me a messageIf you're in your 20s or 30s and you've caught yourself saying “one day” about the things that matter most to you, it probably is. Coaching is for anyone who wants to stop putting life off: whether you know exactly what you want and can't see how to get there, or you just know something's missing. If you're not sure, a free discovery call is the easiest way to find out.
If you're in your 20s or 30s and feeling stuck, lost or behind — after university, in a job that doesn't fit, or just wondering what's next — that's exactly who I work with. Some people call it a quarter-life crisis. I call it your “now what?” moment, and it's a good place to start.
Not exclusively. My faith is the biggest driver of my life and my decisions, and I'm open about that. But coaching is about you: your values, your beliefs, your goals. Whatever you believe, you're welcome here, and I'll never push mine on you. If faith matters to you, we can bring it into our sessions as much as you'd like.
I ask questions, and I listen. Through reflection, strengths and values exploration, goal-setting and practical action, we work out what matters to you and where you want to go. I'm not there to give you the answers — I'm there to help you discover your own, and turn them into steps you can actually take.
A free coaching session — a real one, so you can feel how I work rather than just hear about it. Come with something you're actually wrestling with: a decision you're stuck on, or a topic you'd like to move forward with. If you're not sure what that is, fill in the “about me” form first — then I'll have enough to help you work it out together in the session itself.
That's up to you. Once we're a fit, you'll choose a package and we'll meet every week or every two weeks for 45 to 60 minutes. Our letter of agreement keeps us both accountable to your goals and the pace you want to work at. Sessions are online, by video call, so we can work together wherever you are.
Right now it's $45–$60 an hour, depending on how long we work together — reduced rates for this season while I'm gaining the experience hours for my ICF certification, against a standard rate of $100. You can book a single Day One session for $60, a focused one-month First Steps of four weekly sessions for $220, or the 3-month Momentum or 6-month Living It packages with sessions every week or every two weeks (three months of fortnightly sessions is $300). Workshops like the business starter pack or finance for your future can be added to any of them. Start now and you keep your rate for the length of your package.
That's exactly the kind of thing we work on. Most dreams aren't all or nothing. We look at what's really holding you back, find the first step you can take now, and build a plan that lets you live well today without costing your future.
No. I'm a coach, not a financial or business adviser. But I work with a trusted financial educator who can help you plan your financial future: budgeting, saving, managing money and understanding your investment options, with practical tools and tips to reach your goals. For advice about your own investments, you'd speak to a licensed financial adviser. And if you're starting a business, my business starter pack connects you with the people who can help you set it up.
ICF stands for the International Coaching Federation — the largest organization for professional life and business coaches. I'm completing my coaching training to their standards. ICF defines coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.”
No. Coaching is forward-focused — it's about clarity, direction and action toward the life you want to build. It isn't a substitute for therapy or mental-health support, and if that's what you need, I'll say so.
I'm not a counsellor or psychologist. I've walked through grief myself and learned to let it push me forward rather than hold me back, and coaching can help you do the same, once you've processed it with a counsellor, psychologist or the right professional for you. If it becomes clear you need that support first, I'll help you find it, wherever you are in the world.
Our sessions are human — just you and me. I don't record, transcribe or summarise them with AI tools unless you've agreed to it in our letter of agreement. Between sessions, AI can be a helpful tool for learning or exploring ideas, and if it's changing your work, that's something we can talk through together.
Figuring out what's next doesn't always look like a big decision. Sometimes it's one honest question. Sometimes it's pausing long enough to hear your own answer. Either way, you don't have to work it out alone.
